This includes licensing products, feasibility studies, contract negotiation, agreement construction, and/or co-marketing/co-promotion/distribution initiatives.

-Understand client strategy, current business needs/seeds/true issue and
propose the best solution.
-Prepare / supervise the third party to prepare the document, like business/IT requirement, Business operation flow diagram, system function design, for project stakeholder consensus.

Skunkworks is seeking a talented individual for the position of Business Analyst/Database Analyst Engineer. This person will be primarily responsible for data manipulation and analysis by:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Role:
Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the client’s business need, capturing the domain expertise that the client has, and translating this accurately into a succinct requirements document that will serve as the input to the software designers.

Working Relationships:
- Report to BA Supervisor and Project Manager.
-Work with project team members.
-Communicate with client counterparts.

Professional Responsibilities:

- Liaise with end users and other relevant parties to identify, quantify and document business requirements
- Organize the review and sign-off of the business requirements from end user representatives
- Review solutions proposed by the development team and ensure that they meet end users requirements
- Liaise with the development team and end users to ensure that all parties fuly understand the business requirements and the proposed solutions to the requirements

The Business Analyst is the key member in practice, with fully responsibilities in several areas, including:
- Pre – sales ( meet with potential clients to explain basic of project lifecycle, help to close deal)
- Analyze and document business requirements using Document Requirement templates, Use Cases and model/diagram based requirements documentation tools
- Translate business requirements into software requirements specifications
- Assist in the development of Test scenarios and test cases from a business respective

** Job Function/Purpose:

- Coordinate with the local operation management team in order to implement business process improvements related to technology.
- Integrate and manage the operation and efficiency of all applications throughout the entire production process.
- Responsible for the training, end user support, and implementation of company legacy applications and SAP applications for Hung Yen and Hai Bao facilities.
