-Understand client strategy, current business needs/seeds/true issue and
propose the best solution.
-Prepare / supervise the third party to prepare the document, like business/IT requirement, Business operation flow diagram, system function design, for project stakeholder consensus.
-Manage Scope, Budget, Schedule, Issue, Communication, Risk, Quality,
Resource to successfully deliver project.
-Also manage client expectations and supervise third party.

Years of experience: 3+ years as a Software Consultant / IT Consulting Project Manager

Minimum education level:
Bachelor of Engineering, Vietnamese Nationality.

- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or Telecommunication /
Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related area

-Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

- Desirable to have good experience about implementation any ERP, software relating Sales, Purchasing, Inventory management, Accounting, Payroll, etc.

-PMP certificate is desirable.

- Good command of the English Language, both written and spoken: TOEIC more
than 500

- Good interests to work in Japanese Company.
