Business Analyst - Lead Consultant
The Business Analyst is the key member in practice, with fully responsibilities in several areas, including:
- Pre – sales ( meet with potential clients to explain basic of project lifecycle, help to close deal)
- Analyze and document business requirements using Document Requirement templates, Use Cases and model/diagram based requirements documentation tools
- Translate business requirements into software requirements specifications
- Assist in the development of Test scenarios and test cases from a business respective
- Provide support to pre-sales activities like RFIs and RFPs
- Act as team lead on assigned business functions as required and supervise team members to complete assignments on time
• A Bachelors degree. MBA is an advantage
• Possess 5-7 years experience in high technology industry, experience as a business analyst based project is preferable.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
