Business Analyst - Navigos Search’s Client

• Develop and pursue business/commercial ventures aimed at protecting and enhancing Company’s profitability and market position. This involves scanning, predicting and reacting to current and future developments within the healthcare, community and business environment. Develop and assess validity of responses to opportunities and challenges, and then monitor the development/evolution and implementation of ventures. This includes licensing products, feasibility studies, contract negotiation, agreement construction, and/or co-marketing/co-promotion/distribution initiatives.
• Investigate and analyze current business operations, procedures and strategies. Research and develop methods of improving business operations, procedures and strategies. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management regarding business operations, procedures and strategies. Co-ordinate the implementation of approved improvements and document changes. Conduct post-implementation reviews of changes and make recommendations accordingly.
• Prepare inventory forecast and coordinate with APHub and the distributor on incoming shipments on details of incoming stock, shipping documents. Ensure there is enough stock to meet market demand. Highlighting to Marketing Team and the Management when there is any supply issue. Discuss & coordinate with APHub on alternatives and take necessary action to resolve /handle unexpected situation
• Ensure compliance to import requirement (import license, exemption permit, shipping document, etc.) and MMDA requirement.
• Key contact person for the Distributor related to all logistics and distributorship related matters including samples, credit note, distributorship fee adjustment, accounts receivable etc.
• Coordinate all pricing matters with Corporate, Product Managers and Distributor for the Inter-company Price and Ex-Company Price.
• Internal Policy and Procedure assessment, conduct special audit on S&M activities.

- University graduate major in Finance & Accounting, economics, or related areas
- Minimum three years experience in finance management position
- Extensive accounting and finance experience.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (usually accounting related).
- Membership of the relevant professional association.
- Advanced knowledge of accountancy, including systems, methodologies, techniques and technology.
- Sound knowledge of contemporary management methods.
- Effective communication skills.
