1/ Phân tích miền động lực là gì?

Phân tích miền động lực là một kỹ thuật quản lý để dự đoán các tình huống của Kurt Lewin (1890 -1947), nhà tiên phong trong lĩnh vực nghiên cứu khoa học tâm lý xã hội. Lewin cho rằng chúng ta không nên xem xét mọi tình huống trong một hệ thống ổn định vững chắc mà phải trong một sự cân bằng tạm thời. Theo ông, mỗi tình huống đều bị lực thúc đẩy và lực kiềm chế ảnh hưởng lên mọi sự thay đổi của nó (nếu có).
