Project Manager and Business Analyst (in Charge for All Related With Bank)

Objective:
The key objective of this role is to ensure effective implementing of IT projects for PVN

Job Responsibilities:
1. Take Project Manager role from all aspects
a. Project team definition, project planning, control and execution
b. Controlling quality of projects to meet the agreed scope and timescale
c. Interacting with stack holders: sponsor, customers, employees, external supplier companies...
d. Coordinating between departments involved in project activities
e. Risk, budget and procurement management
f. Providing regular reports for Head of IT giving updates on current projects and for future projects that have been submitted for evaluation, as appropriate
g. Developing and maintain the project management methodology including document templates, identifying project phases, reporting and planning information for successful project delivery
2. Take Business Analyst role from all aspects
a. Studying and analyzing business requirements, system capabilities and writing specifications
b. Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; training users
c. Responsible for the delivery of projects aims and objectives as outlines in the relevant specifications for assigned projects
d. To produce regular reports for Head of BS and Project Manager giving updates on current projects and for future projects that have been submitted for evaluation, as appropriate
3. To be responsible for managing projects cooperates with banks
4. To take a leading role in the IT planning process, managing dependencies across the work streams and the consolidation of activity (as appropriate).

 

Job Requirements:
1. Educated to degree level in a Computing discipline or equivalent
2. Great knowledge in PRINCE2/PMBOK or similar project management methodologies
3. 3 - 5 years of project management or BA experience
4. 3 - 5 years of experience on the same position in IT department of banks or insurance companies
5. An ability to be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to a wide range of people at all levels including communicating complex technical issues to a non technical user base
6. Excellent English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing)
7. Experience of team management and staff development
8. Experience of financial control and budget management
9. Experience of vendor management
10. Experience of system development management
11. Deep knowledge of the organization of the banking business & processes, products and payment mechanisms
12. Experience of banking systems: Core systems, Internet banking system, Payment system,...
13. Familiar with various of Software Development Life Cycle
14. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Project, MS Visio
15. Personal integrity
16. Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
17. Strong communication skills are essential
18. Have knowledge in Insurance industry is preferred
