Based in HCMC you will be part of the newly formed innovation team within the Retail Banking division. The innovation team has been created to design and implement strategies to help VIB become Vietnam’s most innovative and customer centric Bank.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for:
• Developing new concepts that will differentiate VIB from the other banks in Vietnam
• Partnering with customer research and other teams to ensure customer feedback is utilized as an input into the generation of requirements for new capabilities
• Gather, define, document and champion business needs and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle

1. Qualification & Experience
- University Degree in Design, Psychology, IT/ Computer Science or Business
- For Analyst position: Min 3 years post university work experience ideally as a Business Analyst or similar
- For Leader position: Min 5 years post university work experience ideally as a Analytics Manager, or similar
- Experience in using Customer-Centric Design (CCD) processes

2. Knowledge & Skills
- Good time & project management skills
- Solid business analysis skills based on IIBA/BABOK framework
- Passion and understanding of optimal customer experiences

3. Language
- Good English proficiency (Spoken and Written)
- Good Vietnamese (Spoken and Written)
