Skunkworks is seeking a talented individual for the position of Business Analyst/Database Analyst Engineer. This person will be primarily responsible for data manipulation and analysis by:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Retrieving data from sources

2. Aggregation, cleansing of data, normalizing of data

Primary Role:
Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the client’s business need, capturing the domain expertise that the client has, and translating this accurately into a succinct requirements document that will serve as the input to the software designers.

Working Relationships:
- Report to BA Supervisor and Project Manager.
-Work with project team members.
-Communicate with client counterparts.

Professional Responsibilities:

- Liaise with end users and other relevant parties to identify, quantify and document business requirements
- Organize the review and sign-off of the business requirements from end user representatives
- Review solutions proposed by the development team and ensure that they meet end users requirements
- Liaise with the development team and end users to ensure that all parties fuly understand the business requirements and the proposed solutions to the requirements

The Business Analyst is the key member in practice, with fully responsibilities in several areas, including:
- Pre – sales ( meet with potential clients to explain basic of project lifecycle, help to close deal)
- Analyze and document business requirements using Document Requirement templates, Use Cases and model/diagram based requirements documentation tools
- Translate business requirements into software requirements specifications
- Assist in the development of Test scenarios and test cases from a business respective

** Job Function/Purpose:

- Coordinate with the local operation management team in order to implement business process improvements related to technology.
- Integrate and manage the operation and efficiency of all applications throughout the entire production process.
- Responsible for the training, end user support, and implementation of company legacy applications and SAP applications for Hung Yen and Hai Bao facilities.

** List Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

This is a hands-on role, where the resource will interface with the client in pre-sales and delivery phases to help land deals and subsequently can be involved in delivery.

The BA is the key member in the practice, with responsibilities in several areas, including:
o Pre-Sales – Meet with potential clients to explain basics of project lifecycle; help to close deals.
o Planning Studies – Serve as key resource to map out project scope

Reports to: CMBD Director and interface with Clients & Markets Team.

Roles and responsibilities include:

· Conduct secondary research on companies and industries in Vietnam to support client service planning activities.

· Assist CMBD Director to provide proposal writing support for significant proposals and presentations, which may include a combination of desk research, drafting, editing and brand compliance.

• Manage a complex financial analysis for business cases which allow Supply Chain team to make timely and sound decision.
• Assist and challenge Supply Chain team to verify the potential risks and opportunities impacting financial results.
• Support to evaluate the ad-hoc projects / initiatives on the request of Production, Planning, Purchasing and R&D
• Support Supply Chain team to maintain a master data for Product costing by SKUs to timely provide high level assumptions
