Because currently we are converting all our products from asp classic to asp.net application so we want to look for the candidates who can: - Analyze user requirements( from old requirement document and new documents for new changes) - Be able to analyze existing application to determine requirement - Develop the use case model for systems - Develop and maintain requirement documents. - Work with user to gather requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Finance analyst will work under the direct supervision of the Finance Manager and Country Director (CD), in completing the following duties:
1. Financial analysis and oversight for all resources managed by the CD and provision of high quality professional advice to the CD managemen.
2. Proper planning and audit of financial resources, including the branches, in accordance with TDF rules and regulations.
3. Responsible for financial reports, preparation, submissions and review of management reports on timely manner.

-Understand client strategy, current business needs/seeds/true issue and

propose the best solution.

-Prepare / supervise the third party to prepare the document, like business/IT requirement, Business operation flow diagram, system function design, for project stakeholder consensus.

-Manage Scope, Budget, Schedule, Issue, Communication, Risk, Quality,

Resource to successfully deliver project.

-Also manage client expectations and supervise third party.

* MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Possessing sufficient proficiency with Excel and other software to running financial models including financial projection, discount cash flow, etc.
- Market Research: Collect market and competitive intelligence data, via online, printed media, site visit, etc.
- Project coordination: Assistance with coordinating various development projects within the company.

Optimizes standard costs, prepare analyses deviations report timely.
Develops and maintains the integrated Management Information System for the analysis of and reporting on financial and non - financial performance indicators, like manufacturing losses, failure cost, stock positions, supply service level, capital expenditure…
Control overhead expenditures of Operations
Co-ordinates between Operations and Finance regarding the budgeting/ forecasting activities.
Support the improvement projects.

Business and functional analysis
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, and work flow analysis;
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients and deliver the functional requirements, use cases, and Interface designs;
- Define and validate with customers user acceptance criteria.

Team work
- Proactively communicate functional requirements to other members of the team;
- Assist other members of the company to interact effectively with the customers;

- Provide recommendation on process transformation.
- Design and document business process aligning to the need of customer requirement and also features of solution.
- Perform risk analysis on existing process as well as newly developed process.
- Provide recommendation to customer for process improvement.
- Provide features recommendation to solution providers to meet the needs of customer.
- Perform time and material analysis for an end to end process transformation.

- Define scope and deliverables for assignment with ‘client’ (may be internal or external) for the design of Applications to integrate business requirements

- Deliver assignment in accordance with agreed scope, time, financial and quality measures

- Ensure effective client engagement and stakeholder management during assignment

- Ensures risk management plans are in place for assignment

•Corporating with Business Unit in CG, HEC, SRM to review. financial impact contracts during negotiation stage and monitor compliance once contracts are signed.
•Follow up and implement compliance with financial reporting guidelines issued by the corporate center.
•Establishing SAP in performing analysis on Business Unit (BU) and discuss about the result with BUs.
•Corporating with BUs to maintain the integrity of financial data.
•Reconciling BUs result against budget, planning expectation.
•Budgeting, tax planning.

# Translates requirements defined by business analyst into logical, economical and practical system designs.
# Analyzes and Designs system flow and procedures to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources.
# Prepares detailed specifications from which complete sets of programs will be written.
# Perform the role of Quality Assurance when system is ready.
