ROLES

4.   Coordinate with other Departments to settle information technology problems

The Logistics Analyst will be a key member on the Vietnam Logistics team. He/She will be tasked to manage various business support functions to help support and enable a smooth operation of both Raw Materials and/or the Finished Goods warehouse operations.

The Business Analyst is responsible for providing the project with research, analysis, evaluation, execution and other support activities as directed by the Project Management Office.

-       Codes SAP modules and complex functions using ABAP programming language.

-       Creates specialized reports for SAP modules using classical, interactive, ALV, SAP Query, report painter.

-       Designs forms for SAP modules using SAPscript, Smartform.

-       Troubleshoots and corrects SAP module problems by using ABAP programming language to implement OSS notes.

-       Modifies system screens to provide default values and eliminate unnecessary fields using transaction variants.

Role:

Work as Senior Business & System Analyst in Web & Software development projects servicing International clients (USA, EU, APAC).

Details of work areas:

• Analyze and develop project's business and technical requirements, in direct and regular contact with English-speaking clients from the US, EU or APAC (via both oral and written communication).
• Build functional spec & UI spec with wireframes.
• Do knowledge transfer to project team and follow up to support Changes management.

Product Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Product Team Leader in analyzing potential needs, necessary improvements and managing the entire lifecycle of a VietnamWokrs.com product.

The responsibilities include:

- Work with business and functional teams to gather requirements, design quality solutions, and create development

- Development of ABAP code in our highly customized SAP system

- Testing and performance tuning of developed code

- Provide on-going support of existing ABAP Developments

- Manage multiple and competing priorities

- Manage a team of 4-5 consultants

- Quality assurance and problem solving

- Excellent project management skills

- At least 4 to 6 years of experience

Reporting to an assigned Team Leader, the Business Analyst is responsible for contributing to meeting user commitments according to plan. The Business Analyst is responsible for:
