RESPONSIBILITIES:

Area 1: Analysis and Solution Definition
1. Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry.
2. Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
3. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
4. Responsible for defining business requirements and recommending a technical approach to meet those needs
5. Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.

Area 2: Technical Recommendation
1. Able to do the acceptance test before delivering the project
2. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
3. Works with client personnel to identify required changes.
4. Communicates needed changes to development team.

Area 3: Innovator Development
1. Conducts effective progress evaluations in a timely manner.
2. Mentors those with less experience through informal channels.
3. Seeks and participates in development opportunities above and beyond training required by us.
4. Trains other innovators through both formal and informal training programs.

Area 4: Communication
1. Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
2. Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
3. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
4. Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
5. Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures.
6. Understands how legacy and web-based systems interface with each other.

Area 5: Advance knowledge
1. Expertise and experience in understanding the business of a specific framework (CMS/CRM…) Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
2. Always update the new features of his/her expertise frameworks
3. Able to understands, articulates, and implements best practices related to the own expertise of specific frameworks
4. Able to consult the organization to use which framework to meet their requirements and increase profit
5. Except the own expertise framework, there is the need of understanding the 2nd framework (CMS/CRM…)
6. Able to support an organization's vision and strategic direction to meet the cost and increase profit (do BEP diagram)
7. Differentiate the advantage and disadvantage among the frameworks or domain expertise
8. Knowledge in some specific fields such as Sale & Marketing, Accounting, Advertisement Multimedia Idea…

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications
1. Requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in IT
2. Common web concepts & technology understanding
3. Has knowledge and practical skills about some basic domains related to company business such as: e-commerce, game, CMS, Newsletter, Poll, Quiz…
4. Knowledgeable about software development life cycle and Pyco process

Experience
4 years proffessional experience (number of years in BA domain)

Hard skills
1. Can lead other Business analysts in large projects
2. Has visionary insight for the entire system in order to co-ordinate other Business Analysts and integrate the outputs of other Business Analysts

Soft skills
1. Has strong verbal and written communication skills
