• Gather and document business requirements according to company standards
• Understand, clarify and analyze business requirements to determine system change requirements and impact
• Recommend potential business solution(s) for the specified business requirements
• Communicate business solution requirements to IT development team for technical solution and delivery
• Assist IT development team in system testing; possibly perform SIT if need
• Assist business users in acceptance testing and prepare test report and test scripts

Education & Experience
• Degree in IT (Business/System Analysis) or in Business, Finance or Insurance
• At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst

• Good communication and interpersonall skills
• Result-focused and desire to work as a team under high pressure.
