Senior Assistant Manager, Business Analyst

1. Meet Business users and understand Business requirements.

2. Plan to collect, analysis and consult Business requirements (included non-functional requirements).

3. Submit (documentation) and review Business requirements with Project Manager/Head of IT.

4. Release, control Business requirement proposal and get sign off by Business users.

5. Prepare, Walk through and Clarify Functional Requirements with Development team.

6. Create Business cases and system scenarios.

7. Support the Business Users, Quality Management team during testing.

8. Analyze the defects during SIT/UAT, work with PM and Development team to close the defects.

9. Follow and update issues, problems that can impact Business requirements and systems.

10. Prepare weekly report update on Business requirements statuses to Project Manager/Head of IT

11. Complete User manual/guide for Business requirements and systems

Job Requirement

EDUCATION / TRAINING
Bachelor Degree of IT (Major in Information System)

EXPERIENCE
- At least 4 working years with BA role for Life Insurance and experienced in setting up products.
- IT application knowledge is required

COMPUTER PROFICIENCY
- MS offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management, Visio)
- Object oriented design (UML or relevant)
