BUSINESS STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
This role will partner with business stakeholders and service/support teams to deliver the customer experience, capabilities & results in a cost effective way.
• Ensure that the change management program is aligned with AIG Vietnam’s business strategies
• Responsible to ensure that all projects are prioritized within a structured business-driven framework
• Ensure projects and programs are managed holistically from inception to completion.
• Partner with the business & functional units locally and regionally, to ensure effective implementation of our strategic business expansion plans focused on enhancing service delivery capabilities that support an optimal customer experience.
• Planning, execution and tracking of strategic growth strategies for AIG
• Strong leader with the ability to drive change
• Confident manager, capable of launching and guiding new ventures
• Proven project & program management capabilities
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• High degree of comfort with rapid pace of organizational change
• Experience working within a matrix organization
• Ability to work effectively across business and functional silos
• International work experience highly desirable
• 7 to 10 years experience in operations management, or project, or change
• Preferred knowledge and expertise in Consumer business
