Commercial Effectiveness:
• Assist in the management of commercial excellence projects.

Strategic planning:
• Liaise with IBTs and Lifecycle teams to develop new product
strategy
• Maintain launch readiness platform for Vietnam markets
• Assess Vietnam market for opportunities for new products
• Liaise with marketing teams to implement rigorous long-term forecasts
• Liaise with supply chain and DRA to ensure new projects are maintained

Others
• Responsible for generating and distributing reports that support various business functions
• Produce and distribute standard daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of corporate data containing relevant sales, inventory and product information;
• Leverage in-house systems to provide ad hoc data or standard reports in response to information requests from Operations, Sales, Marketing;
• Modify standard reports and eventually designing new reports;
• Update and maintain internal business social networking portals as platforms for information delivery and knowledge sharing;
• Administrative tasks related to project/issue tracking for the business intelligence team.

Knowledge
• Understands basic Internet and client/server architectures;
• Possesses basic knowledge of HTML;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;

Competencies
• Demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Access;
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion;
• Self-motivated, independent learner with strong problem resolution skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail;
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities;
• Ability to set up Microsoft Sharepoint webparts and/or social networking portals a plus.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree

Experience of
• Minimum 3 year work experience;
• Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services, Business Objects, SAP, or Visual Basic are pluses .
