Finance Analyst - The Dariu Foundation

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Finance analyst will work under the direct supervision of the Finance Manager and Country Director (CD), in completing the following duties:
1. Financial analysis and oversight for all resources managed by the CD and provision of high quality professional advice to the CD managemen.
2. Proper planning and audit of financial resources, including the branches, in accordance with TDF rules and regulations.
3. Responsible for financial reports, preparation, submissions and review of management reports on timely manner.
4. Regular analysis and reporting on financial ratios and other relevant ratios of the organization.
5. Organization of trainings for the operations/ projects and branch staff on finance.
6. Involve in budget planning and management.
7. Establish, develop and implement the internal audit mechanisms.
8. Other tasks as directed by the Finance Manager or CD (whenever relevant).

Minimum Qualifications Required:
• University degree in finance, accounting or economics or equivalent
• Good command of computers and office software packages
• Advance knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages
• Strong experience in accounting is required
• Demonstrated team spirit, and independent skills
• Good command of English.
