Reporting directly to the Head of Global Banking, successful candidate is expected to provide business and administrative support to the Global Banking Head and the team.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Provide all aspects of secretarial and administrative support to business head
- Assist Business Head in preparing business and financial reports;
- Analysis of financial data for purpose of business performance monitoring;
- Working closely with Financial Control team in monitoring/tracking business revenues and expenses
- Handling CitiVision/ CDMS coordination in restructuring/mapping of GB client portfolio & ensure accurate banker coverage role within GB portfolio;
- Support and coordinate with RMs in related marketing activities as needed;
- Perform other duties as assigned by BH.
Requirements: we are looking for a candidate to base in HCMC with below qualities:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Attention to details and strong numerical skills
- Analytical and ability to perform under pressure
- Mature attitude and great interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS. Office
