Business Analyst Team Manager
Our job is to design and to implement tailor-made outsourcing solutions in utilizing adequate and efficient human resources for our clients.
Our development is based on three core competencies:
- Process, data & content:
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), content management (KPO - Knowledge Process Outsourcing).
- Information Systems (IS):
Software development, application maintenance, quality assurance & tests, web solutions, offshore dedicated teams.
- Artwork & design:
Design and development of multimedia services and tools including image processing, video publishing and geographical information systems.

Business analysts are responsible for gathering and understanding the customer's needs. They drive and challenge clients on their assumptions about their business requirements and business process. They make sure that any work done downstream by other members of the team is valuable to the client. They raise the customer's awareness within the team, so that the team feels connected with the customers and work together to achieve customers' satisfaction.
The team manager works to defend the interests of their team within the organization, and to help their team fit and work its best with the rest of the organization.
Business and functional analysis

Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, and workflow analysis.

Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients and deliver the functional requirements, use cases, and Interface designs

Define and validate with customers user acceptance criteria
Team work

Proactively communicate functional requirements to other members of the team

Assist other members of the company to interact effectively with the customers

Work closely with the Project Manager to plan and breakdown the work into valuable deliverables for the client

Work closely with the QA team to ensure traceability between requirements and test cases
Business Development

Contributes to the business unit response process for RFPs, write quotations.

Work with the Business Manager for Business analysis: demands, portfolio, pricing, presale/pilots

Communicate with clients on innovations or improvements that the company can realize for them

Contribute to launch new lines of business based on the team core competencies
Methodology and Practice

Defines, measures and optimizes Business Analysis methodology/practice for onshore and offshore models

Raise any risks related to the customer relationship
Team management

Communicate regularly with the team to facilitate top-down and bottom-up communication

Organize workshop, training and presentation according to the team’s needs and aspirations

Take part in the recruiting process

Evaluate team members performance and help them set and achieve their objectives

Work closely with project managers to assign members to projects
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Communications and Engineering or equivalent
- Ideally also 6-12 months in a university in France.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French & English) and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group and executives.
- Capable of drawing a workflow to explain how users work
- Knowledge of bug tracking tools such as Redmine
- Customer focused, strong team player, analytical and critical thinking, open-minded, pays attention to details, self-starter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (including reading-writting-speaking in English and in French), analytical and problem-solving skills
Superior interpersonal skills and time management skills with ability to work with multiple team with proven track record. Ability to make decisions.
Have the capabilities to drive and challenge clients on their assumptions about their business requirements and business process.
