* Role purpose:
To analyze the business processes and information and translate those business requirements into functional specifications

* Key accountabilities:
- Analyze the system to have recommendation for improvement
- Coordinate to help user to define their needs
- Be responsible for delivering of business requirements
- Act as user representative to produce and operate test cases & expected results
- Organize and manage User Acceptance Test
- Coordinate with all users in the company (Operations, actuary, finance, marketing...) and with the development team to build system requirements
- Study and Role purpose:

- University graduate majoring in IT/economic/banking/finance
- High ability of analysis and of synthesis
- Ability to translate users’ needs into IT languages
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality and business profit
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent teamwork ability
- Good business writing skill
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Knowledge of life insurance products and bank services is highly appreciated
- At least 3 years experience in relevant field with international corporation
