Main duties:
Take part in Social network project development, ERP software, CRM, Accounting, Data Intelligent…and Outsourcing software for clients from the US, Australia, Singapore. The requirement is to complete tasks in time and to meet standard quality assurance;
- Coordinate effectively with other members in team;
- Provide and share guidance and knowledge, experience to others;
- Submit regular reports in time to the Board of Directors/team leaders;
- Propose suggestions for better project improvement to The Board of Director

Business Analysts’ duties:
- Directly deal with foreign customers via internet, phone, email, etc. and working onsite in order to clarify customers’ requirements and then provide assessment and practical solutions to customers;
- Analyze projects’ functionalities; prepare documents that explain requests from customers’ and requirements of their systems such as detailed specification, business domain modeling, Functional Domain modeling, Enterprise Services Domain modeling, use cases and sequence diagrams;
- Collaborate with development teams in communicating and confirming customers’ desires;
- Provide supports system delivery such as System installation, User training, system maintenance.

General requirements:
- Be confident, highly responsible and enthusiastic in working as well as be interested in creation.
- Desire for knowledge acquirement and have ability to gain improvement in new technology practice.
- Have a thorough grasp of Object-oriented Programming (OOP) and solve problems about algorithm.
- Have ability to work independently as well as in team; to endure high working pressure; and to complete tasks in time;
- Graduate from Universities specializing in IT, Math and Computer Science or other equivalent degrees. Last year students in Technical Universities are encouraged to apply;
- Have ability to read English documents about IT properly.
- Having good English skills (communication and writing) is an advantage.

Business Analysts’ requirements:

- Bachelor degree, graduate from the prestigious universities.
- Have knowledge in Software Process Models.
- Strong experience of design and development in .NET or PHP.
- Experience in MS SQL ỏ Oracle database.
- Strong working experience in MVC.
- Experience in Web application development.
- Experience working as Software Analyst or Business Analyst for .NET/PHP based Software Solutions is an advantage.
- Experience or have good knowledge in ERP, CRM, Accounting would be a plus.
- Experience or have good knowledge in E-commerce, Banking, Finance/ Insurance, Travel/Hospitality, Retail industrial would be a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skill.
- Logical and critical analysis skill in approach to work.
- Excellent skill on design English documentation is required.
- Fluent in English is a must.
