The basic function of a Business Analyst is to participate in workshops with the Relationship Management and Product Specialists. This will help in defining and establishing credit requirements, including deal structuring and risk mitigation. You will write Credit Memoranda for new proposals and for annual/ interim reviews for a defined set of customers within an Industry Segment. This has to be completed accurately and on time. To interpret financial data including cash flows, balance sheets and forecasts, you should have a good understanding of accounting principles.
 
Additionally, you will review   customers' operating and financial performance and assist with the preparation of Indicative and Formal Letters of Offer/ Loan Documentation. You will also maintain customer credit files for designated accounts and undertake research and assist with the preparation of Industry studies.

Qualifications

 
We are seeking an enterprising candidate with basic accounting knowledge. Good communication skills and proficiency in basic computer programs will be required to excel in this role. Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce will be preferred.
