Key responsibilities:

Work directly with customers / partners, apply needed skills to understand customer needs and transorm these information to customer requirement.

Creation of concepts on the basis of customer requirements

Analyze and transfer requirement to the development team;

Produce software requirement specification, workflow, acceptance criteria based on collected user requirement.

Leading project scoping, training in parallel to become the key point of contact for customers during the implementation phase
