AhaMove is looking for an Operations Associate to join our Hanoi office. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and the idea of tackling aggressive, audacious problems that bothers you, if you have a great sense of humor, enjoy working with sharp and motivated co-workers, we would love to meet you!

 WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze supply and demand metrics to optimize the quantity of drivers on the road, ensuring the optimal level of drivers availability based on users’ demand
• Determine drivers’ incentives to optimize drivers’ efficiency and utilization
• Conduct deep analysis into the market to understand drivers’ behavior and competitive dynamics to draw actionable recommendations that help drive sustainably our growth
• Work on initiatives for process and performance improvement, and cost optimization

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude, team oriented, and a self-starter
• Highly resourceful, with superior problem solving and analytical skills
• Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel
• Knowing SQL is a plus
