Technical Lead/IT Manager
Design, develope and maintain the IT infrastructure and systems (architecture and implementation) for the company, including, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Communicating with other teams to find out what they need from the IT infrastructure
- Planning the stages of different projects and how each affects the whole system as well as the business
- Co-ordinating the project team
- Agreeing costs, timescales and standards to be met and monitoring these through the project
- Adjusting the plans where needed
- Making sure there is a smooth change over from the old system to the new one
- Keeping the board of management and other team leaders updated on progress
- Evaluating each project stage and once completed
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering (or a higher degree)
- Very good communication in English
- Very experienced in designing, developing and maintaining complex systems that involve database, backend side, front-end side
- Having experience in leading a team of senior system engineers
- Having rich experiences in system architecture, database technologies (NoSQL, Postgresql, MongoDB, Cassandra, ...), index systems (ElasticSearch), different programming languages (especially in Java and Python)
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and turn them into technical requirements
- Experience in Big Data technologies is a plus
