1) Relationship

- Communicate with the client to understand the clients’ needs
- Report and explain the requirements and the inputs received to the development team
- Report to the project manager any tasks done

2) Main responsibilities

- Define the scope of the each project (functions and modules impacted or not impacted)
- Design the interface in a document
- Document the functional requirements including the detailed descriptions of all business process and all functionalities.
- Document the test cases in order to prepare the integration tests
- Review all documentation done
- Perform the integration tests and assist the client for user acceptance tests if required
- Write a user guide

- Master’s or engineering degree
- At least one year experience like a business analyst or a functional consultant
- Knowledge about the cycle software development and all business process
- Ability to understand the clients’ requirements in order to document the functional requirements quickly
- Good oral and written communication in English
- Good presentation for all documentations
- Ability to work on several projects in same time
- Be able to travel if required
