- Analyze existing system functions to have recommendation of improvement;
- Business Requests: coordinate to help user to define their needs, responsible for delivering of business requirement analysis and functional/non-functional specifications;
- Act as user representative: support and manage test cases & expected results as well;
- UAT: Organize and manage User Acceptance Test;
- Coordinate with all customers (internal and external) as well as with IT development team to build system requirements, delivery plan in accordance with the needs and resources;
- Assist IT Head in software project management;
- Establish and manage requirements and changes for all local application systems effectively.
- Study and analyze solutions on the market in order to initiate solutions for operational excellence;
- Coordinate with International and Regional project teams to contribute for international/regional projects where required;
- Be aligned with best practices, standards and methodology of the Group;

- University graduate;
- At least 03 continuous years of experience in IT BA in an insurance company;
- Strong presentation skill;
- Ability to listen, comprehend, analyze, understand and abstract information from customers;
- Meticulous and precise in business requirement management, documentation of business and functional specifications;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Pivot Excel;
- Good life insurance business knowledge;
- Proficiency in software testing planning and management;
- Good team player and co-operative;
- Ability to communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written, with different audiences.
