2. Data preparation for MND annual Plan and LRP including relevant commentary, including below:
Create manual working files (Calculation for Sales; Price update and calculation price variances, volume variances, exchange variances; Update cost / TCGM; Margin variances).
Monitor the changes of price change / cost / TCGM
Capital Projects financial analysis, deals and in-licensing opportunities.
Input data to HFM system.
Prepare the backup schedules

3. NPI update (launch status, TM & IM, Sales, Cost, Margin)

4. Maintain and update the base data into monthly report templates:
Monthly review the DX report and update the actual business performance into finance database –Adaytum, update and maintain the actual price, sales, volume for TM & IM.
Track data by arrange the effective filling process, consistency of file folder name to simply track the actual performance against budgets, including but not limit to volume, sales, cost of sales, gross margin, selling cost
Prepare data for monthly/quarterly performance of MND.
Input data for Sales Flash/ MFR and quarterly D 6.0 of MND.

5. Provide financial supports to Senior Finance Analyst on the development and execution of business operations, including

Communicate to Logistic team for monthly IFR and S&OP data. Collate those data to make sure number to be aligned between Supply Chain and Finance.

Provide the csv file with updated price to Logistic team for uploading.

Provide data for ADS Flash for MND.

ROI calculation and analysis including communicate with PMs to ensure financial needs are being addressed and met.

6. Special projects as directed by the Senior Finance Analyst / FP Manager / Finance Director

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS & EXPECTATIONS

Prepare and Review MND worksheet with meaningful data and make sure required information to be available for Senior Finance Analyst before taking in place of reconciliation.
Time control for plan / LRP and plan recycle/ LRP recycle of MND. Make sure to delivery correct calculation of net sales, cost of goods sold, trade company gross margin, price / volume variances on commitments.
Create backup schedules to support/detail designated consolidation schedules/topics for Senior Finance Analyst to do the consolidation on time for Management Review.

Make sure all NPI schedules related to MND to be captured into PLN & LRP with consistent assumption.
Accuracy input actual business performance result from DX report to local database for MND.

Review ADS provided by demand and identify the gap (if any) IM, TM and IMTM of MND and complete ADS Flash on deadline but must have time for reviewing and consolidation before sending.
Make sure all projects more than agreed limit to be calculated ROI with accuracy support data before sending out to BU head for approval.
