Business Analyst - Cadena Vietnam Co., Ltd.
- Communicate with the client and all the team for client’s requirements understanding.
- Plan, estimate size/effort, assign tasks and follow up project progress.
- Write functional and technical specifications of the project Human Resource Management and other related system.
- Identify risks and mitigation plan and communicate with the team in technical and functional points.
- Responsible of the demands and apply internal process for each required cases.
- Give functional support to development team during the implementation.
- Create test cases and perform functional/integration testing.
- Cooperate with the Testing team during the testing procedure to ensure of product delivery.
- Delivery and update demands and business requirements.
- Ability to manage change request from customer or consultant team.
- At least 2 years experience as business analyst or application consultant.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
- Knowledge of Window applications and Web applications in C# .Net.
- Good at English communication skill (including reading-writing-speaking in English).
- Good understanding of client’s business requirements.
- Ability to work independently within a team and coach other team members.
- Professional working methods.
- Experience in project management skills as make plan, arrange tasks to team members, and keep the deadline for project.
- Knowledge of Human Recourse Management application is advantage.
- Years of experience: more than 2 years.
- Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree (preferable in informatics technology).
- English, good speaking-writing is advantage.
- High self-standard about software quality.
- Easily adaptable to new environment.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated with good decision-making abilities.
- Team player with good communication skill.
