• Collecting and analyzing the project’s business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to development team.
• Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops.
• Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
• Communicating effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product’s functional requirements like screen, interface, and GUI designs.
• Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.
• Managing any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.
• Monitor assigned projects to reach timely schedule and smooth & qualified implementation at system side as per business requirement.
• Communicate effectively with users to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Manage in solving of production issues to keep business running smoothly.
• Report to BA leader on working results of the progressing project.

•Under 35 years old. University degree majoring in Computer Science / Information Technology -Computer Engineering. At least 3 years experience as a business analyst and application
•Good organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills
•Possess basic & discrete knowledge and perform basic requirement gathering/management work mostly independently and require supervision for more complex work
•Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis
•Good command of English communications skills (speaking, reading and writing);
•Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes;
•Ability to document business requirements in an accurate, unambiguous and succinct fashion;
•Good presentation and client relation skills;
•Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies
•Has domain knowledge on ERP is a plus
•Honest, friendly, good at tasks management, ability to work independently and in a team under high pressure.
•Team-oriented
•Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline required
•Advanced Degree and professional certifications are beneficial
•Fluently in writing, communication, and presentation English
