1. POSITION SUMMARY

• Business Analysis assists business user on how to fully utilize the system capability, bridge the gap between system limitation and user expectation, and provide comprehensive consultation to management for long term recommendation on both system and business aspects.

2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist business user on how to fully utilize the system capability.
• Ensures alignment, coordination and communication to the business and IT for all deliverables and key metrics consistent with input/direction from the affected project managers.
• Provide single point of contact with the business/IT owner and project manager(s) with respect to project activities
• Provides oversight into the Analysis of business requirements and ensures that the information systems solutions address complex business needs
• Provide comprehensive consultation to management for long term recommendation on both system and business aspects.
• Delivery business requirement in UML. Transform business requirement into IT system requirement.
• Assist business user on how to fully utilize the system capability.

• College degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• 2 years of solid business analysis experience with track record involved in complex projects.
• Ability to drive process changes and problem resolution via matrix partner relationships
• 2+ years of experience combining software development, systems analysis and design.
• Good presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Executives.
• Strong persuasive skills — ability to gain consensus and convince others
• Telecom knowledge is a great asset.
• UML knowledge is a great asset.
• Good communication in English and Vietnamese
