Head Of Data Management
As Head of Data management, you will be responsible for our data deliverables to clients as well as our external Business Intelligence (BI) implementation projects. You will lead a department with 8 talented and dedicated technologists, and work closely together with clients and colleagues abroad.
For the continuous data deliverables, you will prioritize and undertake operational initiatives and improvements, and work closely together with our Regional Managers on a long term resource and capability ensuring, so that the operation remains flexible and fit for business needs.
On external BI projects, you will coach team leaders in project planning and contribute with best practice knowledge, while addressing staffing, cost, risk and flexibility issues. A key role is to act a liaison between non-IT colleagues/clients and the implementation team in order to transform loosely described needs into requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience and track record in a technical business management role within a data or BI environment ( 3 years and above experience is preffered), possibly as an Analyst, BI or Management/Marketing Information Manager
• Strong planning skills to maintain control of progress and achievement.
• Able to view and understand “the bigger picture”, and an appreciation of the commercial drivers.
• High sense of customer service mindset and quality awareness
• An excellent communicator in English, able to present ideas and feedback, and interface with key stakeholders.
• Strong relationship building and development skills.
• Ability to attract, hire, retain and motivate top talents.
