IT Business Analyst
Projects Management and Co-ordination, as and when needed assigned by either the IT Head or Project Manager.
Participate and coordinate with local/regional vendors/offices in implementation of Global systems solutions
Test Plan (which includes preparing test matrices, test conditions and input test data) and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
System Support Duties:
Users Requests Management, which includes
Planning, Scheduling and Prioritizing of outstanding requests with respective HODs and Project Manager
• Identifying areas of improvements within IT Solutions, be it processes, procedures or policies.
• Suggesting/Identifying enhancements/improvements to company’s business systems, operational processes – when there is a need.
• Operational/System support, which may include among others:
Creation of “should be” process flows,
Impact analysis from target implementations ,
Root-Cause analysis
Coordinate with local Infrastructure vendor and Regional Office for any Infrastructure related issues and problems
Others:
Reporting Management
Month End reporting and On Going Status Updates
Possess minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar environment,
Possess effective written and oral communications skills,
Creative in identifying potential solutions,
Business-oriented and business-focused,
Strong team-player
