A joint stock bank is seeking for the position of Manager of Business Analyze and Service Quality Department. This position will be responsible for:
- Business planning, analyzing and supervise all business target for Wholesales Banking and FI.
- Organize, build and manage all reports for Wholesales Banking
- Analyze client structure, sales channel
- Build up the Customer Care policy, programs, organize and supervise these programs
- Build up regulations, internal process, and manage, supervise service quality
- Organize customer sastisfaction survey
- Build the customer feedback chanel, analyze data

The suscessful candidate should attain good analyzing and making report skills.He/ she also have to has deep understanding of banking operation and got atleast 3 years experience in banking industry
