High ability of analysis and of synthesis
Ability to translate users’ needs into IT languages
Ability to specify business rules and to create a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan with variable cases for product development.
Strong business requirements documentation capability.
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality and business profit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent teamwork ability
Good business writing skill
Good command of English
Knowledge of life insurance products and bank services is highly appreciated
