Business Analyst

• Assist business Analyst Manager to define & scope Business Process Re-engineering projects.
• Define Business Requirements & documentations
• Develop test scenarios and test cases
• Act as the team member of project team
• Scope, define & perform data extraction and analysis as required by management. Includes both adhoc & regular data extraction and analysis tasks.
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of master data in ERP system
• Work closely with end-users and IM Dept. team members to continuously improve overall ERP data quality (Data Quality Check). Proactive in identifying areas to improve DQC activities.
• Working location: 18 Luy Ban Bich, Tan Thoi Hoa Ward, Tan Phu District, HCM City.

• Graduate from Business/ Information Technology major
• 1-2 years experience in Business Analyst position
• Proactive in identifying areas of improvements
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong numeracy skill – basic statistical skill of using Microsoft Excel is required
• Prior experience in Cognos Powerplay or other Business Intelligence software is required
• Prior experience in FMCG environment, ERP implementation or Business Process Reengineering is an added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English
