Role:

Work as Senior Business & System Analyst in Web & Software development projects servicing International clients (USA, EU, APAC).

Details of work areas:

• Analyze and develop project's business and technical requirements, in direct and regular contact with English-speaking clients from the US, EU or APAC (via both oral and written communication).
• Build functional spec & UI spec with wireframes.
• Do knowledge transfer to project team and follow up to support Changes management.

 Requirements:

• Nationality: Any (local or overseas Vietnameses, Expats).
• Education: bachelor, computer or software related.
• Language: Excellent in English (4 skills) and all communication skills.
• Have professional experience in Web development in enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge about Web/Online development. Broad knowledge of contemporary web systems, sites and concepts such as Social Networks, Social Community, Online Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, SaaS, Cloud, etc...
• Have overview knowledge about typical web development technologies such as Microsoft .NET, Java, PHP, Adobe Flash, Database Servers, Web servers, etc...
• Excellent in interview and analysis skills.
* Good in UI wireframes development.
• Knowledgeable in typical software development models such as Agile, XP or CMMi is a plus.
• Personality: Quick learning, confident, business-minded, pro-active, self-organized, hard-working.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Typing speed: > 40 words per minute.
