Business Analysis Associate is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 2 years experience as accountant, interested in learning about Internet business models, financial analysis, budget planning, product and sales analysis. Business Analysis Associate will report directly to the Senior Business Analyst and will be provided on the job training and career development.

Major responsibilities include:

- Financial Reporting: will make weekly reports such as AR, weekly revenue,... and monthly reports such as Variance of Income Statement, Revenue by Product...Oversee and analyze the trend and any changes in AR & Revenue.

- Financial Analysis: Compare actual revenues and costs to budget and determine cause of variance, if any. Bring attention of Business Analysis to financial performance and suggest solutions.

- Product and Sales Analysis: Make reports of Revenue by product, by staff, by customer... Assist Business Analyst in analyzing these reports to support decision-making about price, product policies, potential revenue...

- Special Projects. Assist in other projects for Business Analyst.

- Good in Excel and Power Point
- Good understanding of accounting principles and familiar with accounting software
- Careful, well-organized, love to work with number and analysis.
