Synova Solutions is looking for talented Business Analysts to join our team

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Work with clients to scope their needs within the timeframe allowed
• Elicit/define and document customer’s business functions, requirements and processes (Specifications, Business flow, functional flowchart, UML diagrams, user stories, wireframes, etc…) for web and mobile technologies;
• Knowledge in various business areas (e.g Accounting, Distribution, Production...) and able to understand the business logic of the client;
• Ability to manage project requirements from the brainstorm to completion based on the platforms of Web and Mobile;
• Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving;
• Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications;
• Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents court business rules, functions and requirements;
• Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Science or closely related field.
• At least 2 year experience in software development as Business Analyst;
• Experience in software development life-cycle: from requirements gathering and functional specification;
• Commercial experience in Web/Mobile Application development and/or software development;
• Authoring, to development, testing and delivery;
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Software Programming;
• Experience in using and producing UML diagrams;
• Experience in tools for wireframing, prototyping;
• Experience in using reporting tools and office suite.
• Highly responsible, careful, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure;
• Enthusiasm and an interest in all things;
• Must be able to communicate in English and Vietnamese
• French fluency is a big plus
